Initial Meeting
You need to bring with you background documents and a check book in case we decide to represent you.
At the initial meeting we need to learn the facts and the adverse party. If you are against an existing client we cannot take on your case.
If we decide not to represent you, there will be no charge for the meeting. We were never your attorneys.
If we decide to represent you, you will be billed for that time as a client of our firm. You will need to sign an engagement letter with us as well as put down at least a $1,000 retainer/security deposit. The only exception is forming a Hawaii LLC as that is normally a set fee of $800 excluding third party fees such as filing fees.
